Mineral insulated heating cable has single or twin cores, is mainly made of inorganic materials like the Magnesia insulation, seamless stainless steel or copper outer jacket. The cable of such a structure is high-temperature resistant(SS sheath: maximum temperature resistance of 600℃; Copper sheath: maximum temperature resistance of 250℃) low temperature resistant, aging resistant, flame retardant, and with good mechanical properties, etc. The series construction has a uniform heating circuit and small temperature difference, can be applied in strong corrosive environments, and be coated with PE or LAZH (low-smoke halogen-free outer skin).
